Beschreibung:	Summary: OTRS is prone to a Remote Code Execution vulnerability. Vulnerability Insight: In the Admin Package Manager in Open Ticket Request System (OTRS), authenticated admins are able to exploit a Blind Remote Code Execution vulnerability by loading a crafted opm file with an embedded CodeInstall element to execute a command on the server during package installation. Vulnerability Impact: Successful exploitation could allow an attacker to gain complete control over the target system. Affected Software/OS: OTRS 5.0.0 through 5.0.24 and 6.0.0 through 6.0.1. Solution: Update to ORTS 5.0.25 or 6.0.2 respectively. CVSS Score: 9.0 CVSS Vector: AV:N/AC:L/Au:S/C:C/I:C/A:C
