Affected Software/OS: xorg-server on Debian Linux Solution: For the oldstable distribution (jessie), these problems have been fixed in version 2:1.16.4-1+deb8u1. For the stable distribution (stretch), these problems have been fixed in version 2:1.19.2-1+deb9u1. Setups running root-less X are not affected. For the testing distribution (buster), these problems have been fixed in version 2:1.19.3-2. For the unstable distribution (sid), these problems have been fixed in version 2:1.19.3-2.
