Vulnerability Insight: The flaw is due to improper validation of URI containing '%5c..' sequences, which allows attackers to read arbitrary files via directory traversal attacks. Vulnerability Impact: Successful exploitation will allow attacker to obtain sensitive information that could aid in further attacks. Affected Software/OS: Tele Data Contact Management Server version 1.1. Solution: No known solution was made available for at least one year since the disclosure of this vulnerability.
